Refunds and Returns
RETURNS
Our policy is 30 days for returns. If more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for return, the item must be undamaged and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Some products are not eligible for return. Perishable items such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. In addition, we do not accept returns on intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases.
Other items not eligible for return:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To make a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send the item back to the manufacturer.
In some cases only partial refunds will be granted (if applicable):
- Book with obvious signs of use
- CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette, or vinyl record that has been opened.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts due to causes not due to our error.
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable) Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received it. We will also let you know if your refund request has been approved or declined. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied as a credit to your card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or unprocessed refunds (if applicable) If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company - it may take some time for the refund to formally post. Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time for a refund to post. If you've already followed these steps and you still haven't received a refund yet, please email us at holyhaventm@gmail.com .
Sale Items (if applicable) Only full-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on sale items.
Exchanges (if applicable) We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at holyhaventm@gmail.com and send the item to the following address: Via dei Colli 24, 11 53042 Chianciano Terme SI Italy.
Gifts If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift voucher equal to the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the gift voucher by post.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the item delivered to their home to deliver to you in person, we will send the refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping costs for returning the item will be the buyer's responsibility. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, return shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
Depending on the country you live in, the time required to receive the replacement product may vary.
If you need to ship an item over €75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or insuring your shipment. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
